In the winter, the most fun activity sure to laze in the house accompanied by a warm blanket or a fireplace. You must be lazy to do anything because the air is very cold outside. If you're lying in bed, you will definitely feel reluctant to get up to do the activity.Waking up is the first activity in your day. Believe me! If you are lazy to get out of bed, then you will never be able to start your day. You'll feel like a bear who is doing hibernation in the winter.
I have some tips for you to get up early so you can start the activity more quickly even though it is winter.
1. Prepare well before your sleep. Before you go to bed, you need to make some preparations to enable you have a sound sleep and help you to get up early. As we all know that people need 6-8 hours' sleep, you need to make a good schedule to guarantee your sleep time. Regular sleep time can adjust your biological clock, so you can wake up on time without the help of alarm clock. When you have a qualified sleep, you will get up easily and energetic. In addition, you can prepare your clothes for next day before you go to bed, and put them within your reach. It will not only save much time on next morning but also enable you get your clothes easily, which will make you get up more easier.
2. Turn on lights and play some music. When you wake up, turn on lights in your bedroom. The bright lights can rouse your body, and you will know that it is time to get up. Moreover, you can play some music, especially some rock music. It will keep you awake. However, if you play some soft music, you may get sleep again. I love to play rock music, which make me exciting and energetic.
