Simple but important! Tips to stay healthy

12 activities that are simple but the effect on our lives. Should never be violated.

1. Use the left ear to talk on the phone. 
2. Do not drink coffee more than once a day. 
3. Do not Drink pill (drug) with cold water. 
4. Do not eat large portions above at 6 pm.
5. Reduce the portion of tea you do every day. 
6. Reduce oily food you consume.

7. Drink lots of water in the morning and less innight.

8. Do not use mobile phones when in-charging.
9. Do not use headphones / earphones in the longa long time. 
10. The best time to sleep is to begin at 10night until 5 am. 
11. Do not go straight to bed after taking the drug. 
12. When your mobile battery is already visible on the grid last, try not to use to call, because the radiation is greater.

Things like that we often forget. But it can be fatal if not we pursue. Therefore, a healthy start from something simple. If something simple we can not do, how we can apply greater things?
