Get Your Ideal Body Back!

Holidays tend to make everyone feel happy because it can be refreshing and doing activities with family, friends and other loved ones. The mind becomes more calm and fresh as a rest from daily work routines.

1. Go Low Carb!
Avoid fatty foods and foods that contain lots of salt. Reduce consumption of bread (white breads), foods that contain lots of sugar, various snacks, and potatoes. Instead, multiply the consumption of fruit, fiber foods, whole grains and green vegetables. Occasionally you can also consume low-fat meat.
 

2. Go Petite! 
Eat small portions but with greater frequency. It is better to eat 6 times a day with small portions in the appeal with meals 3 times a day but with large portions. Eat more often with mini portions will stimulate your metabolism to work optimally.

3. Do not Skip Breakfast!
Breakfast can help you to not snack while waiting for lunch time.
 

4. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!
Set aside 30 minutes each day to exercise. If you do not have time to go to the gym, do a very simple exercise such as jogging or brisk walking. Should do the exercise in the morning when your body has not experienced fatigue due to day activities.
